There are questions that are asked regularly to our Sales Team. So we thought a good idea would be to post some of the questions which are often asked. This is the second FAQ post. Question & Answer 3 – Why do you need clamps when you EF weld? Answer = Pipe clamps are an important part of the welding process. They are used to avoid or minimise misalignment problems that can adversely affect the joint. They are also necessary to ensure that there are minimal stresses present in the jointing and fusion zone.
